Outdoor and special events for companies and clubs

Combinability

You may combine most all of the programs offered or procured by Montée. We are happy to offer an individual program for your group - we are just a telephone call away!

Booking

We gladly receive the reservation for your outdoor program over the phone. To avoid misunderstandings we require an additional registration per fax, letter or e-mail.

Payment in Euro

We request a down-payment of 80% of the total amount when placing the written order. We will send you the invoice over the deposit separately! The final payment is due no later than three weeks after the event. Any additional services will be listed on the final invoice.
Once we have received the payment your booking is confirmed and we guarantee the performance of the event. We are able to arrange special agreements upon request.

Travel documents

Our office will send you the travel confirmation, invoice and travel information per e-mail or mail after the booking.

Cancellation by the customer, rebooking of individual event programs and incentive trips:
You may step back from your travel before the beginning of the trip. The receipt of the cancellation at Montée is binding. The written cancellation must reach us per fax or mail. Should you step back from the travel contract we will charge an adequate and comprehensible compensation of the event as well as organisational services already rendered. Alternatively we will charge the following cancellation fees:

Up to 6 months prior to commencement of travel a minimum of 15% of the travel price
Up to 3 prior to commencement of travel a minimum of 50% of the travel price
Up to 7 days prior to commencement of travel a minimum of 80% of the travel price
Up to 1 day prior to commencement of travel a minimum of 90% of the travel price
Cancellation on the day of departure or no show: 100% of the travel price.

For hotels, artists or other service provider different cancellation fees apply - don't hesitate to ask for more information.
