Outdoor and special events for companies and clubs

Rebookings of group events, incentive trips and company events

We charge an adequate fee based on expenses and agreement. Should we have to reorganise or completely organise an alternative due to weather conditions, additional demands of the customer, modified venue, etc., we will charge the additional costs upon consultation or per hour of operating expense at € 80,- plus expenses. If single participants of a group booking cancel at the last minute we allow a fair handling upon consultation with the affected person in charge.

Limitation of Liability

Our legal commitment as a travel agent is limited to the amount of the travel price. For the risks tied to the program booked by you (e.g. weather, behavior of third parties, disrespect of instructions of the supervisor, risk of injury due to sports, program changes caused by weather conditions, or the like) we cannot assume liability. Participation is at your own risk.

Insurance

Every participant is covered by liability insurance at the amount of 2 million Euro and at the amount of € 150.000,- in case of primary property and estate damages.
We recommend an additional travel cancellation expenses insurance. Please note that the conclusion of this kind of insurance is only possible within one week of the travel confirmation. When travelling abroad we recommend to buy a security insurance package (travel accident insurance, travel health insurance, travellers´ third party liability insurance, baggage insurance). Montée can send you the adequate insurance forms or you may contact your local travel agent.

Ineffectiveness of single regulations

The ineffectiveness of single regulations does not justify the ineffectiveness of the rest of the travel contract.

This general information and the extracts of the general terms and conditions are part of the travel contract closed with you.
