As a result you will grow stronger as a unit. Projects include, for example, constructing a log cabin, a bridge, a mechanical catapult or igloo or even undertaking a social project. Efficient communication is one of THE key factors in successfully reaching targets as a team.It´s all too easy for important information to get lost somewhere, or for something apparently trivial to threaten the success of the whole endeavour. Additional input regarding Team Communication, Analysis, Structure and Target Setting is provided by a Montee Communication Trainer.. Communication training with the new Montee Method has a much more lasting effect on team effectiveness back in the office than other conventional methods Laughter, Fun and Cheerfulness!As children show us it´s easier to learn when laughing - and this principle shapes our training courses.
